BalatonHelp

The BalatonHelp service was created by the Water Rescue Services of Hungary in order to provide a predictable and reliable assistance system for boat users on Lake Balaton.

This unique professional service on Lake Balaton provides assistance tom those in need 24/7. Its primary task is to save lives, to provide first aid, which we do free of charge.

The main pillar of the BalatonHelp system is the BalatonHelp application, through which you can request help from our emergency control center at the touch of a button. The BalatonHelp application is free of charge for everyone to download and use on a smartphone (Android, iOS) in case of an emergency.
