Our organizational structure demonstrates that each of our units performs their duties within the Association in a cooperative and mutually supportive manner. Although in different units, we still work together as a team. Of course, each unit operates under the direct control of the President of the Association.
The tasks of the administration department are very diverse. Among other things, they are in contact with recruitment partners, who provide us student and adult workforce. Their responsibilities include maintaining and keeping up to date all records related to the service (such as lifeguards’ personal data, asset supply, contracts, tenders). Their tasks also include financial co-ordination and administrative support to the work of the Board, the Supervisory Board and the Ethics Committee.

The Logistics Department handles all procurement and delivery tasks for the Association. In addition, all installation, repair and maintenance work belong to the logistics department. A well-equipped workshop and several vehicles help the colleagues in their work.
The task of the media group is to promote the actions and activities of the Association in the form of articles, short films and pictures. The media group is responsible for the Association's website and for managing social media interfaces.
